Brewers Mushrooms markets some of their mushrooms through the Garden Delivery CSA. The CSA farmers are an informal cooperative of eight small, family-owned farms in Jefferson County, TN, just east of Knoxville. This is Garden Delivery CSA's 7th year. This innovative CSA allows its members to order via email on a weekly basis, with no share cost, no minimum order, and no requirement to order every week. There are five delivery locations. Garden Delivery operates year around. All Garden Delivery CSA food is grown according to the best organic practices—no pesticides, herbicides, synthetic chemical fertilizers or GMO seeds. The farms cooperate with each other to provide members with a greater variety of produce, including many heirloom varieties of vegetables, plus eggs from pastured hens. Raw honey, local mushrooms and handmade soap are also offered. For more information on the year round Garden Delivery CSA, please email: [email protected]
