Gardens United is an urban agriculture organization that provides quality, affordable, and healthy food and economic opportunity to the community. We grow using organic practices while educating the community on truly eating well. We grow in community gardens at Pisgah View and Hillcrest Apartments and distribute food at farmers tailgate markets, restaurants, and to the community. We also offer value added products such as chicken eggs, jam, salsa, and other seasonal items. We host a variety of educational workshops for the community to learn about sowing seeds, growing, harvesting, and cooking.
