Fresh creative Mexican cuisine served up fast and friendly. Raw ingredients, no freezers, just honest to goodness real food from a lot of local ingredients: the Veggie Mama Burrito has local kale, sweet potato, paired with black beans--so yum! We try to stay true to the traditional methods of Mexican cooking (handmade tortillas, mole sauces, pastor pork, regional soups) while bringing in some of the Southern flavors found in Asheville---we call it Dixie-Mex! We are now open for breakfast featuring house made chorizo verde, fresh churros, and Organic Mexican coffee. Stop by and see us.
