About Winter Greens Farm LLC
Winter Greens Farm LLC began as Betsy's Farm in Warner New Hampshire in 2005. Moving to Winslow, Maine in 2007 we farmed for 4 years before settling in Canton, North Carolina in 2011. We were certified organic in New Hampshire, Maine and for 2 years in North Carolina. Farm Manager, Ed Bowser is currently enrolled in the Soil Food Web School to become a Certified Soil Food Web Grower, using biologically regenerative farming practices. As our farm name implies, we specialize in growing greens of all kinds in the winter months as well as seasonal produce for our online market customers and farmers market sales.

Online Ordering:
Online orders from our Square web page can be picked up at the farm Friday afternoons, 4 to 6 PM or the ASAP Farmers Market Saturday mornings. Orders placed on Fridays will be available the following Friday. Email us for more information.

Online credit/debit purchases are preferred payment types. Preorders for pickup at the ASAP Farmers Market are also appreciated. Contactless credit/debit payments, SNAP and market tokens, cash and checks are accepted at the farmers market.
