About Faith Mountain Farm
Faith Mountain Farm is a family farm owned and operated by James and Shannon Wilkes along with their eight children, spouses, and grandchildren Margaret (and Hudson Barry, Roxanna, Ethan), Galen (and Victoria, Elanor, Jack), Sullivan, Israel, Lillian, Zion, Oliver and Vivian.
Depending on the time of year and our current interests and energy, we bake, keep bees, and grow flowers and vegetables, supplying the high country area with our famous granola (including a GF option) and chewy balls, sourwood and wildflower honey varieties, and sunflowers, dahlias, and zinnias. Honey bees are a big part of the landscape with hives on the farm and scattered about the High Country and foothills. Growing season brings numerous vegetables and rows and rows of sunflowers for selling at the farmers market and food hub.
