Against the Grain is a small diversified family farm specializing in a broad spectrum of vegetables, pasture pork, chicken, turkey and goat. We also grow sorghum for molasses, corn for cornmeal. Our vegetables and field crops are Certified Organic and Biodynamic and our livestock is Animal Welfare Approved. Find us at Watauga County Farmer's Market (May-November), through our on-farm meat and veggie CSAs, through the High Country CSA (multi-farm CSA), Boone's Winter Farmer's Market (December-April), or contact the farm directly.

ATG is planning to provide 35-40 CSA shares in 2017. ATG is also an anchor farm in the High Country CSA, which is a cooperative CSA serving the community of Boone and surrounding areas.
