We are doing research with specialty crops (heirloom) such as the Kuli corn, Kaho watermelon, making fruit Kombucha and more. We are taking the research and writing articles for Permaculture Magazine UK and Mother Earth News to help increase awareness in diversity! We are a small-scale diversified working and teaching farm. We were a Micro Farmstead Cheesemaker but have had to put this on "hold" due to health issues. We offer inseason veg and fruits as well as value-added products. Specialty: Bloody Butcher corn/cornmeal, sorghum, hops/other jelly, Shiitake mushrooms, crafts, honey, homemade lye soap.
