Heirloom grains and corn are sourced from Marsh Hen Mill. Fish, meat, and poultry are provided by Benton’s Bacon, Beeler’s Pure Pork, Black Hawk Farms, Joyce Farms, and Sunburst Trout Farms. Dairy and cheese are sourced from Cruze Farm Dairy, Sweet Grass Dairy, and Sweetwater Valley Farm, while fruit and honey are provided by Barber Orchards Fruit Stand and Mountain Meadows.
