Southbound farm is a husband/wife duo that began with a humble 5'x 5' strawberry patch a few years ago. Since then, gardening exponentially became a bigger and bigger part of their lives. Today they manage a small-scale organic vegetable farm in the forks of ivy (planted right in the middle of NC small towns Barnardsville, Mars Hill, and Weaverville). These young, passionate farmers hope to expand more each growing season, and with their expansion, they hope to spread the good practice of sustainability and organic farming to others that may cross their paths.
