The name Dragon Gate comes from Taoist Internal Alchemy. It is a reference to the Mysterious Gate, which is the pathway to the Tao. Seeing as how food is medicine, by creating healthy organic foods we are working on our own internal alchemy. Dragon Gate Farm is located on 2 acres just north of Asheville, NC where we are building a permaculture landscape and maximizing biodiversity while growing healthy food and medicinal herbs.
