About High Country Food Hub
The High Country Food Hub offers a year-round weekly online farmers' market where producers can sell and consumers can purchase food and artisan goods that have been grown/raised/produced within 100 miles of Boone. Our product offering is always expanding and currently includes fruits, vegetables, milk, goat cheese, eggs, frozen meat, granola, raw honey, baked goods, coffee, flowers, plants, fermented veggies, handmade soaps and much more.
Our shopping cycle is Thursday-Monday and pick-ups are Wednesdays from 12:00 PM-6:30 PM at the High Country Food Hub in downtown Boone. We offer 5 satellite locations around Boone where customers can pick up on Wednesdays or Thursdays at the location selected online.
The Food Hub facility and its infrastructure also provides farmers and producers with cost-effective cold and dry storage space, new markets for their products, and time and money saved through coordination of shared services and bulk ordering of supplies.
High Country Food Hub is part of the WNC Double SNAP Network. The High Country Food Hub is operated by Blue Ridge Women in Agriculture.

Online Ordering:
Order online weekly starting Thursday at noon until Monday at 11:59 pm.
Pick up your order on Wednesday from 12:00 pm - 6:30 pm in Boone or at any of our satellite locations.
Choose a convenient pickup location when placing your order!
Wednesday: 3:30-5:30pm in Deep Gap
Wednesday: 4-6pm in West Jefferson
Thursday: 3:30-5:30pm in Banner Elk
Thursday: 4-6pm in Blowing Rock
Thursday: 4-5:30pm in Pineola (seasonal May - October)
