Email us to join our weekly email list with produce availability-- [email protected] -- we offer special bulk and sales prices on certain crops all throughout the year. Orders can be picked up every Saturday in Burnsville at the Yancey County Farmers Market mid-April through November. We also provide a winter pickup option on Saturday afternoons in Burnsville as well. We grow crops on our land using a unique no-till, direct seeded approach that is almost entirely petroleum and irrigation free. All work is done with hand tools and beds are dug using a broadfork and shovel. Our approaches adapt based on challenges and will incorporate more conventional organic approaches when necessary, but we try be as sustainable as possible while having the lowest impact on the biodiversity in our area. We will have a primary focus of growing a wide variety of salad mixes year round and in the spring and summer we will be offering carrots, a variety of peppers, eggplant, cucumbers, onions, heirloom tomatoes, summer squash, snap and greasy beans, potatoes, sweet potatoes and more!
