About Fire From the Mountain
We grow garlic, jalapeno, habanero and other peppers which we smoke over applewood and make hot sauces and salsa which we package at WNC Blue Ridge Food Ventures in Asheville. We also grow blueberries, black raspberries, grow herbs, vegetables, and greens for sale at the High Country Food Hub.
