Callisto's Garden is a woman-run family farm, serving local restaurants and caterers, and the Weaverville Tailgate Market. We offer a diverse selection of vegetables, perennial crops, herbs, flowers, and microgreens. Our farm practices no-till regenerative agriculture methods, focusing on soil health and carbon sequestration. We work with our restaurant partners to create farm-to-table community, encouraging individuals to learn about the farming and nutritional benefits of local, whole food.
