Pastabilities Pasta Company is Knoxville, Tennessee’s only fresh pasta manufacturer. We make small batch, handmade premium pasta using organic ingredients. Our pastas include fresh pappardelle, capellini, fusilli, casarecce, and macaroni. We also have three flavors of handmade ravioli: Italian Cheese, Spinach and Cheese, and Rosemary Mushroom. On occasion, we produce flavored (sun-dried tomato and basil or spinach and garlic) and decorated pastas. Customers may order online at www.pastabilities.net for pickup at The Real Good Kitchen or other at local farmers markets or other locations as listed on our website. At Pastabilities Pasta Company, our mission is to craft exceptional, fresh, premium pasta that transforms ordinary meals into extraordinary dining experiences, while making a positive impact in our community by providing employment opportunities to survivors of domestic violence, to empower them to rebuild their lives with confidence. Our (Brief) History: Pastabilities, founded in 2021, emerged from the idea that a business could aid in the healing and empowerment of abuse survivors. Suzanne Molley, the founder, nurtured this concept for a decade while representing entrepreneurs and small businesses in Kentucky. In 2018, upon returning to Knoxville, her hometown, Suzanne decided to build such a business. Her quest for fresh pasta in Knoxville led her to realize the absence of a local pasta provider, and inspired her to start a pasta-making venture. Today, Pastabilities Pasta Company not only offers locally crafted pasta but also aims to empower domestic violence survivors through job creation and support of East Tennessee organizations that aid in survivors' recovery.
