Sunny Hill Harvest is a 5 acre diversified vegetable and herb farm that includes 2 acres of garden and 3 acres of meadow. It is located in Burnsville. The name comes from a south facing slope that brings plenty of sun to the land. Sunny Hill Harvest grows over 40 different vegetables and herbs including many cut greens, root vegetables, tomatoes, peppers, okra, eggplants, squash and more. Herbs are basil, cilantro, tulsi, dill, parsley and more. There is also a microgreens production.
