FLPH provides one of the freshest "farm-to-fork" experiences around and the husband and wife team, Chef Kaighn and Toni Raymond, are the culinary revolutionists behind this concept. They incorporate the highest quality local ingredients in their ever changing menus to reflect the authentic, homegrown embodiment of southern food. Their specialty products all come from an ever-growing list of NC farmers, ranchers, and artisans whenever possible. Seasonality, sustainability, and buying local are their core culinary and business philosophies. This is achieved by preparing the best food, using the freshest ingredients, supporting the local economy, and conserving the natural resources. There is no dumpster on property in hopes to recycle or compost everything and one day return the compost to a garden to grow delicious, homegrown vegetables and herbs that will complete the culinary cycle.
