Our neighborhood market in West Asheville is a natural foods market with fresh and beautiful organic produce (local whenever possible), a selection of your favorite bulk items (including bulk herbs) and a wide selection of locally made breads, groceries, cheese, meat, eggs, beer, wine and hand-crafted items. Many of our supplements, herbal medicines and body care products are also locally sourced. Our grab and go deli is a popular spot, with salads, soups, sandwiches, and hot breakfast burritos every day. A wide variety of Grab & Go selections include vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and meat-lover choices. For eating in, join us at Sunflower (vegan) Diner, from 9-6 Mon.-Fri., 9-4 Sat., and 9-2 for Sunday brunch!. In all of our food service, many core ingredients are locally made; popular options offering No Evil Foods, Smiling Hara Tempeh, Roots Hummus, Eden Out, West End Bakery Bakery, Hominy Farm, as well as our house-made plant-based meat and cheeses.
