With an extensive background in Southern-inspired cuisine and a passion for locally sourced ingredients, Chef Bates has worked at renowned locations like Appalachian State University, Westglow Spa and Resort, and the Greenbrier Hotel. His innovative vision will elevate the dining experience, and we’re excited for you to taste his seasonally focused, flavorful dishes that celebrate the bounty of the High Country. Outdoor dining and patio fire pit overlooking Chetola Lake. Dinner specialties include: Halibut, NC Trout, Grilled Salmon, Grilled Beef Tenderloin, vegetarian options, salads of locally sourced greens, house-made desserts, and a children's menu, as well as an excellent wine, craft beer, and cocktail selection.
