Red Stag Grill is sumptuous, rustic hunting lodge meets modern-chic sensibility featuring seasonally inspired Carolina cuisine. Offering fresh, local ingredients, personally selected at nearby farms by Executive Chef Scott Ostrander. We strive to source our produce, meat, poultry, and fish from gardens, farms, ranches, and fisheries guided by principles of sustainability. The Red Stag Grill, named after a type of deer indigenous to middle Europe, reflects a Germanic heritage. The fanciful logo was inspired by a crest on the façade of a castle in Bavaria. The space emanates relaxation, with hand-hewn beams, custom handmade wooden tables, subtle lighting, an intimate bar and cozy booths. The music, drama and vibrancy of the space sets the stage for relaxed refinement in Old World comfort.
