About Natural Farms of the Carolinas, LLC
We are a family-owned and operated hydroponic farm with currently 41 float beds in four greenhouses. We are growing various varieties of lettuces; romaine, bibbs, artisian blends and "baby" lettuces. We use GAP/GHP sustainable practices, non-GMO seeds and are in production year round. We provide fresh, high quality consistent lettuces to local kitchens at consistent prices. We feel the salad makes the opening statement at the table and are committed to making that statement a very positive one.
