About Sospiro Farmstead Goats - on the hoof for land management, breeding stock or home slaughter. Rabbit - We sell processed rabbit to Asheville area restaurants and butcher shops. Retail is welcome at the minimum of a wholesale 20 lb. case , about 6 or 7 whole, dressed rabbits, individually vacuum sealed. Giblets in a single package, included in case. For goats or rabbit meat call (916)728-0995 to check inventory and make arrangements for delivery. Our farm is a bio-secure facility. No visitors.
