About Farmin' The Sky
Here at Farmin' The Sky, we are continuing a farming tradition that goes back five generations by returning to our roots with this new venture in commercial farming. The tobacco fields of the past are being replaced by hydroponic greenhouse crops including pac choy, lettuce, kale, and basil along with other herbs and vegetables. Our processes and insulated greehouse allow us to grow year round with minimal energy inputs. In turn, we provide fresh local foods consistently throughout the year. We sell direct to the consumer as well as in wholesale quantities. If you are a restaurant owner or chef we would be pleased to work with you to grow specific crops for your menu. We hope you will give us a try!
