As Western North Carolina's finest Microgreens Farm we are proud to serve our local restaurants and customers with a variety of fresh Microgreens. We are proud to offer a variety of Microgreens but are not limited to, Arugula, Broccoli, Cabbage, Red Cabbage, Kale, Kohlrabi, Mustard, Organic (not certified) Rambo Radish, Organic (not certified) Daikon Radish, and Sunflower. These little greens may be small in stature; however, they contain extremely high levels of powerful vitamins, minerals, and health-supporting components.
