Creators of hand made artisan cheeses. Specializing in raw cave aged cows milk cheeses from locally produced milk. We are a proud member of the Western North Carolina Cheese Trail. Visitors are welcome for cave tours on by appointment only. Also tour our glass studio and gallery.
We sell our products at Asheville City Market, North Asheville Tailgate Market, and Black Mountain Tailgate Market.
