Inspired by honeybees, we small batch brew a sparkling probiotic green tea called Jun using local raw honey and unique flavor combinations. Jun has become known as the “Champagne of Kombucha” due to its light, smooth, and unique flavor profile. It has the added benefits of green tea (with powerful antioxidant properties) and raw honey (with antibacterial, antifungal, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties). We strive to combine the wisdom of ancient traditions with as many locally sourced foods as possible and enjoy collaborating with other local companies. You can often find us giving out free samples at local tailgate markets where we have a refillable growler program. You can also find us in bottles or on tap in stores, restaurants, breweries, and yoga studios around town. We have recently expanded our services and now offer a Jun Bar and can individualize our offerings to meet your needs and desires for your special event.
